Phase 1: Discovery and Design Curation

We typically begin with an in-home consultation to truly understand your style and project needs. Here, we gather essential details to inform our creative process, then curate design elements, create digital design boards, detailed renderings, and other vital design documentation to help illustrate our proposed design.

Phase 2: Design Presentation and Collaboration

With your personalized plan finalized, we welcome you to our retail location for presentation day. Here, we unveil our vision for your space, offering a cohesive overview of the proposed design, and inviting your feedback to refine and ensure every element perfectly aligns with your goals.

Phase 3: Procurement and Installation

Once the design is set, our team coordinates several aspects of execution, from meeting with contractors and tradespeople to procuring furnishings and materials. We oversee the build, renovation, and/or furnishing installation process, working to ensure your dream space becomes a reality.

Our pricing is thoughtfully divided into two distinct parts to align with your design journey.

For Design Phases 1 and 2, we offer a flat fee structure, ensuring clarity and ease as we bring your vision to life. This starts at $1,000 per space for most interior rooms, and $1,250 per space for bathrooms and kitchens.

Phase 3 transitions into an hourly format, billed at $100 per hour, providing the flexibility needed to perfect every detail of your dream space.
